In a bizarre turn of events, after Michelle Obama did not accompany Barack to the funeral of president Jimmy Carter, a rumor started that the Friends star was having an affair with the former president.
Fans were even more convinced that there was something going on after Michelle did not attend Trump’s inauguration.
This all started back in August after a magazine claimed that the pair were “obsessed with each other”.
While a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Aniston was asked about the rumor.
The 55-year-old was left speechless before laughing and saying: “Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re just like, ‘Oh no, what’s it gonna be?’”
“Or you get an email saying some cheesy tabloid is gonna make up a story – and then it’s that…”
“I was not mad at it.”
“I’ve met him once. I know Michelle more than him.”
When asked if there was any truth to the rumor, she said: “No, that is absolutely untrue”
“There is no truth.”
